When and where do you pick up your gear?
Enter your whole stay, including day 6. It’s on us, but we plan gear and staff around it. Why?
Rental period
You can book from 25 November 2026 to 4 April 2027 (season end provisional).
Please choose your first and last ski day.
Tip: with a locker at Valley station #2 in Haus Ahris, your gear goes straight into the warm after the fitting. With rental gear it’s 20% cheaper – you can add it in step 4.

What are you renting?
Mix skis and boots as you like – even kids’ skis with adult boots. Poles always come with rental skis. All prices
Anything else?
Both are optional. Rent skis or a snowboard from us and the depot and toboggan are 20% cheaper.
The depot covers your rental period. You pay per locker, not per person. The free day 6 doesn’t apply to the depot.
The toboggan run opens when there’s enough snow. Bookable probably from 19 December 2026 to 21 March 2027.
Return the toboggan at the drop-off points in Luttach and Weissenbach, or to us at the valley station during opening hours.

We’ll try to meet your wishes, but we can’t promise a specific ski or boot model. Please don’t include any health information.
Bring to the fitting
Your confirmation – on your phone is fine – and your ID card or passport. We only need ID from you, not from the others in your party.
Consent
We transfer your details and those of your party into our rental software: for your customer account with us and for choosing and setting up your gear.
What we need your data for – and what not
- What for
- We create your customer account in our rental software, pick out skis, boots or a board in your size and set the binding to standard for your weight, height, age and skiing style. So everything is ready for you at the fitting.
- What not
- No advertising, unless you sign up for emails below yourself. We don’t pass your data on, and we don’t contact the others in your party.
- Where it’s kept
- On our servers in the EU and in our rental software in the shop.
- How long
- As long as we need it for your rental. We keep receipts for as long as tax law requires.
- Deletion
- Email us at [email protected]. We delete everything we aren’t required to keep.
